Where Can I See and Try On Jewelry?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Most designs can be seen and touched in our showroom in Kyiv (12h Kozhumyatska Street, Osobnyak, 2nd floor) every day from 13:00 to 19:00.<\/p>\n

I Want to Order a Modification for Myself<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Great! We provide a wide range of modification options: length, metals, gemstones, engraving. Some designs involve an individual approach. Customized jewelry is not subject to exchange conditions.<\/p>\n

Can I Order Completely Custom Jewelry?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

One of our main directions is developing unique individual objects. Each such project is discussed individually, and the timeline and cost depend on the design, materials, and the number of involved experts.<\/p>\n

Where Are the Jewelry Made and What Materials Are Used?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Jewelry is made in Kyiv and Kharkiv by experienced artisans. For special projects, we even involve foreign specialists. We mostly use the classic silver alloy (silver+copper), but we can create pieces from almost any alloy upon request.<\/p>\n

How Durable Are These Jewelry Pieces?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The lifespan of jewelry depends on the material it’s made from, how it’s worn, and how it’s stored.<\/p>\n

For example, silver is a relatively soft and sensitive metal that requires careful wearing. We often coat our jewelry with rhodium to prevent tarnishing, but sometimes patina is a natural attribute of the piece’s aging process.<\/p>\n

Gold and platinum jewelry are more resistant to daily wear, but still require careful handling, especially if they include gemstones.<\/p>\n

Repair and Service<\/strong><\/h3>\n

For our clients, we provide cleaning and repair services at cost, covering only the labor of the master and transportation expenses.<\/p>\n

Corporate Orders<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We regularly fulfill both individual orders and large quantities for other companies, but we don’t participate in tenders.<\/p>\n
